Musical Theatre Show - Willy Wonka

We are so excited to be doing our first full musical theatre show in 2025!

We will be putting on the Kids version of Willy Wonka the musical!

Open to singers aged 10-17 years.

Participants will be working with a director, acting coach, vocal coach, choreographer, props master, set designer, and much more!

Teachers: Anna (director), Camryn (assistant director/vocal coach), Laura (music director), Maya (choreographer), Tiana (set & props)

Class dates/times

Rehearsals: Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm (some later rehearsals in May). Rehearsals begin February 20.
Performances: May 16 & 17

Place:

Beaumont Community Church (the show is not affiliated with the church, we are simply renting space from them)

Prices:

Willy Wonka Kids is $400 per singer for 10 2-hour classes, and 2-4 performances. Payment plans available.
Note: there is a minimum class participation for the class to move ahead. We will let you know the week before classes start if classes will go ahead or not.
Please also bring a water bottle and snack to each class.

Studio Policies

Bring: You will need to bring your music, water bottle (only with water), and a snack to every rehearsal. Practice: You will make the most progress by planning on practicing 2 hours each week outside of class time. Behaviour: We are being graciously hosted by the Beaumont Community Church. Please treat their facility and their staff with respect at all times. ∙ Rehearsals will be held in the activity room or on the stage. Please do not wander around the church during rehearsals. Registration: We have a limited number of cast spots available, so registration will be first come, first served. Registration fees are non-refundable except when minimum class registration numbers have not been met. Photos: We will periodically have a photographer come into rehearsals to take pictures for promotion and social media.
